The workgroup carried out preparatory work where relevant insights were reviewed. The six priority areas were identified based on UiA’s strategy and this insight.
Wide involvement was sought in drawing up the plan. Students, employees and select external partners were invited to put their suggestions forward, either through a number of workshops or through written response.
A draft of the plan was sent for consultation to all the faculties, departments and students through the Student Organisation of Agder.
The plan was adopted by the University Board on 25 November 2020.
