The Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) offers education in rhythmic contemporary music, a concept that encompasses widely different expressions and genres such as rock, pop, jazz, urban, metal and electronic music.
RMC is located in Holmen in Copenhagen, amidst beautiful surroundings, and in the heart of a vibrant artistic educational community that also includes the Academy of Fine Arts' Schools of Architecture, Design, and Conservation, the National Film School of Denmark and the Danish National School of Performing Arts.
UiA collaborates with the music programs at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) through the Nordplusmusic network. For rhythmic music, the Nordpluss- network is the one that applies. UiA has also entered into an agreement for 1-2 Erasmus + seats at RMC.
UiA is free to nominate qualified candidates, but it is the RMC that chooses how many students they can accept. Recordings are based, among other things, on a recording. The number of seats can thus vary from year to year.
Tuition
No tuition fees.
If you apply for an exchange within this network you will get a monthly grant from the network. The grant varies in size from year to year but can be around EUR 200 per month.
