The University and its surroundings
The Royal Academy of Music has a campus in both Aarhus and Aalborg. The Conservatory offers a wide range of programmes at all levels in both popular, classical and electronic music.
UiA collaborates with the music education programs at The Royal Academy of Music through the Nordplusmusic network. For Popular music, the Nordpuls network applies, and for Classical music the Sibelius network. In addition, UiA also has Erasmus+ collaboration with The Royal Academy of Music and can offer 1-3 students the opportunity to apply for Erasmus+ exchange here.
Students with laptop as their main instrument will have particularly good opportunities within their instrument here.
The Conservatory actively contributes to a wide range of local and regional collaborative projects, like SPOT Festival, Live Music at the School, Aarhus Jazz Festival and several others.
Tuition
If you apply for exchange within the Nordplusmusic network you will get a monthly grant from the network. The grant varies in size from year to year but can be around EUR 200 per month. You do not pay tuition fees.
