Abdul Rahman Butt joined University of Agder in April 2022 as a PhD Research Fellow. His research interests include sustainability, organizational psychology, and innovation. Prior to joining UiA, Abdul completed his master's from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2019.
Abdul Rahman Butt has previously worked in academia as a bachelor's level lecturer of business management in China and in the corporate world as an organizational support staff in Saudi Arabia. He is also a NEBOSH and IOSH-certified occupational health and safety personnel.
At the present moment, Abdul Rahman Butt is researching the psychological and management implications of gig work compared with traditional work.
