Work experience

After completing my teacher education, I have been teaching mathematics in both primary and lower secondary school.

From spring 2020 I have been a PhD Research Fellow at the University of Agder under supervision of Simon Goodchild, Hans Kristian Nilsen and Unni Wathne. In my PhD project I am inquiring into how working with resources for teaching mathematics can afford proffesional growth for student mathematics teachers. An overaching goal of the study is to address the gap between university and workplace learning and further, to contribute to better alignment of the knowledge development that takes place within the universitiy and in school placement.
