Erlend Malde

Erlend Malde is an assistant professor at the Department of Law at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder. He teaches tax law on the University of Agder’s Master’s Program in Accounting and Auditing.

Malde also works as a senior tax lawyer at the Norwegian Tax Administration in Kristiansand, where he is writing a Ph.D. on deduction of input VAT. The thesis is partially financed by the Norwegian Research Council.

He has previously been working as a executive officer/advisor in the Ministry of Finance's Tax Law Department, a city court judge at Kristiansand city court, and a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet PwC and Advokatfirma Tofte.
