Gro Johansen is a university lecturer at the Department of Working Life and Innovation at the School of Economics at the University of Agder. She has a master's degree in management from City University in London.
Johansen joined UiA after almost 20 years of work with inclusive working life, first as a consultant in Oslo and Aust-Agder, and later as department director for NAV Arbeidslivssenter in Aust-Agder. For the past two years, she has coordinated the implementation and development of Supported Employment as a follow-up method in NAV, and she has contributed to the development of a 10 sp. studies in Supported Employment at UiA.
She is a former assistant professor with the language subjects Italian, Norwegian and English, and has long teaching experience and a lot of practical experience from the HR area.
