Terje Emil Fredwall is a professor at the Center for Care Research, University of Agder (UiA). His recent research interests primarily revolve around professional ethics, mental health care, municipal care work, and ethics related to punishment and corrections. He earned his Ph.D. in ethics from the University of Agder in 2014 and has been with UiA since 2008. Before joining the university, he worked as an advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Police.
Currently, Terje Emil Fredwall also holds a position as Professor II in Health Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
