Vincent is a PhD Research Fellow at the Faculty of Popular Music. Hail from Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, Vincent is a trained classical flutist who has performed extensively in different kind of concerts, operas, and musicals. Before commencing his career as academia, Vincent has obtained a Bachelor Degree in Flute Music Performance from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore, and a double Master degree in Music Management and Flute Music Performance at the University of Agder. He is now working on his research project which concerns the technosocial system as well as the revenue distribution model in music streaming platforms.
