The admission requirements for the Executive MBA is a completed bachelor¿s degree or equivalent education consisting of at least 180 ECTS and a minimum of two years relevant work experience after the completion of the education.
Relevant work experience is herein work experience within management or work experience from other positions with independent responsibilities

Good knowledge of the English language is recommended

Basic economic concepts
Cost and revenue theory
Key performance indicators for account management and control
Investment analysis
Economic risk
Management and decision making processes
Balanced scorecard; lean processes
Methods for evaluating projects and activities
Project budgets and project accounting - initiation and follow up
Teaching and learning methods
Lectures and group work during four sessions. Each session lasts for 1-2 days. Net based teaching through Canvas. Exercise tasks between the sessions.
Teaching language: Norwegian Litterature: Norwegian and English
Examinations
4- hour written individual school exam. The grades A-F are used (ECTS grading scale).
Student evaluation
The person responsible for the course, in consultation with the student representative, decides the method of evaluation and whether the courses will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1. Information about evaluation method for the course will be posted on Canvas.
