Work experience

19 years in the construction business. 

Experience both from the consultant, client and contractor side.(Scandiaconsult (Now: Rambøll), Nye Ahus/ Advansia (Now ÅF Advansia) and Statoil Kollsnes, Venator and Skanska). 

10 years in Skanska working with lean construction. Project Manager for implementing lean construction in Skanska Norway. Member of the Global Expert Group for operational efficency in Skanska AB, member of Task Force Group for forming the strategy on operational efficiency on Skanska AB level. Worked as HSE and QA Manager on region level +planner and design manager at project level.

Started in 2017 Solid Plan AS, a consultancy firm within lean construction. 

November 2017 100% Employed as an assistant professor at UiA.

Main interests: Strategies on Operational Efficiency, continuous improvement, and leadership with lean philosophy.
