PhD candidate at The University of Agder in Norway. Investigating nutritional intake, nutritional status, and attributes of food and nutrition literacy in adolescents adhering to different dietary practices, and their attitudes towards their choice of diet.
Additional research interests include: micronutrient deficiency, iodine nutrion, maternal health, plant-based diets and pre-conseptional health, sustainable diets.
