Starting in August 2023, the University of Agder will for the first time be formally governed by a team made up of a rector and a pro-rector.
From 2024 onwards, UiA’s deans will serve as the overall leaders of the faculties and the Teacher Education Unit. This was decided by the University Board on 23 November at the board meeting where the 2023 budget was also approved.
