Kvantitativ forsker med kvalitative interesser. Blid formidler. Opptatt av arbeidslivs- og samfunnsutvikling, det helsefremmende perspektivet, samt gode diskusjoner og kritiske blikk.

Forskning

Mine interessefelt/ forskingsfelt: arbeidshelse, sosiale ulikheter i helse, nasjonal og lokal folkehelsepolitikk, policyutvikling, folkehelsearbeid, organisasjonsutvikling, helsefremmende arbeid, helsefremmende settinger som arbeidsplasser, skole, sosiale helsedeterminanter, psykisk helse, positiv psykologi og mestring.
