Naya Hapsari is a Ph.D. Candidate in International Business at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder. She currently works on her dissertation project on talent management in small businesses and startups. She is also a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Management, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia, and is currently on study leave. Naya obtained her bachelor's (Bachelor of Economics) and master's (Master of Science) degrees at the same university where she works, with research interests in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, and Entrepreneurship.
As a lecturer, she teaches various courses related to business and management at undergraduate and postgraduate (PRA-MBA) levels, such as Business Communication and Negotiation, Seminars in Human Resources Management, Soft skills on Leadership and Communication, and Design Thinking. As a researcher, she co-authored and published an article in a peer-reviewed journal and two book chapters. She is also actively involved in several professional projects/consortia at international and national levels.
